Do I have to do anything before I bring my phone in to get repaired?

To keep your data safe and make sure your smartphone is repaired as quickly as possible, please check the following checklist before coming into store:


  • Back up your smartphone

  • Remove any screen locking passcode

  • If you have an iPhone with 'Find My iPhone' (FMIP) enabled, either disable it, or have the password available

  • Remove any Micro SD storage card (if applicable)

  • Charge your battery

  • If you have a Google Account on your Android device, remove the account from your device, or have the details available


Why get your smartphone repaired by us?

We run one of the largest and most sophisticated mobile phone repair facilities in Malaysia, repairing more than 1,000 smartphones every month. As well as repairing common issues such as screen replacements due to impact damage, we also can repair less common problems, including manufacturer warranty issues.


How long will my phone repair take?


Depending on the make and model of your smartphone our Repair & Service Centres will usually be able to repair your smartphone on-site, usually on the same day providing the required part is available in store. Some models do need to be sent away to be repaired and this can take several days.

On occasion a repair will take longer than usual. Reasons can include the part is not in stock in-store, or we have to send your smartphone away for repair to our central repairs workshop or, on occasion, back to the manufacturer. We will be able to give you an indication of how long your phone will be take to be repaired if we are unable to complete your repair in store.


Why should i repair my phone at BPMG?

We are very convenient (find our service centre near you), reliable (grade A+ parts, well-trained technicians), and quick (typical repair takes 60 minutes in service centre).
